Does Renal Function Remain Stable after Puberty in Children who underwent Ureteral Reimplantation due to Ureterovesical Junction Obstruction?

Long-term study of 21 children who underwent ureteral reimplantation for UVJ obstruction shows renal function improvements achieved post-surgery remain stable through puberty. Mean renal function increased from 28% preoperatively to 36.4% short-term and maintained at 35% after puberty completion.
