A risk-based treatment strategy for non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft-tissue sarcomas in patients younger than 30 years (ARST0332): a Children's Oncology Group prospective study.

Children's Oncology Group prospective trial (ARST0332) validated a three-tier risk stratification system for non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft-tissue sarcomas in patients under 30, demonstrating that risk-adapted therapy achieved 5-year survival rates of 96% in low-risk, 79% in intermediate-risk, and 36% in high-risk groups.
