The management and outcomes of ABO-incompatible pediatric liver transplantation: Experience of a single Chinese center

Single-center Chinese study of 544 pediatric liver transplants demonstrates ABO-incompatible grafts achieve equivalent survival rates to ABO-compatible grafts (97.1% at 3 years) under appropriate prophylactic management. Findings support expanded use of ABO-incompatible donors to increase organ availability for pediatric patients.
