Minimally invasive surgery for abdominal and thoracic neuroblastic tumors: A systematic review by the APSA Cancer committee

This APSA systematic review evaluates minimally invasive surgical approaches for neuroblastic tumors in children. Evidence supports MIS for carefully selected small (4-6 cm) abdominal tumors without image-defined risk factors, while open approaches remain preferable for IDRF-positive or larger tumors.
