Postoperative pain control following minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum in pediatric patients: A systematic review

Systematic review of 9 RCTs comparing pain control methods after minimally invasive pectus excavatum repair in children. Ketamine-based infusions and paravertebral/intercostal nerve blocks showed superior pain control and reduced opioid use compared to traditional PCA, with some methods also decreasing nausea.
