The effects of botulinum toxin injection on urodynamic changes in pediatric population with neurospastic bladder: First trial in Iran

This Iranian clinical trial evaluated botulinum toxin injection in 20 pediatric patients with neurogenic bladder who failed anticholinergic therapy. Results showed significant improvements in discharge volume and maximum detrusor filling pressure, supporting BT as an effective alternative treatment for increasing bladder compliance in children.
