Lymphatic Leakage after Surgery for Neuroblastoma: A Rare Complication?

Retrospective study of 204 neuroblastoma patients reveals lymphatic leakage occurs in 40% of cases post-resection, significantly associated with MYCN amplification and extent of surgery. All cases were self-limiting, questioning the need for invasive interventions beyond supportive care like total parenteral nutrition.
