New scoring system to predict foreign body aspiration in children

Retrospective study of 720 children who underwent bronchoscopy developed a new scoring system to predict foreign body aspiration. Physical examination and radiological findings showed significant predictive value, while patient history alone was not statistically significant in identifying positive cases.
