Quality of Life in Children with Pseudoincontinence After Implementing a Bowel Management Program in Egypt

Study of 115 Egyptian children with pseudoincontinence demonstrates that structured bowel management programs significantly improve both quality of life scores and fecal incontinence severity over 3-12 months. Results show strong inverse correlation between QOL improvement and incontinence reduction, validating BMP as an effective intervention for this population.
