Potential role of the PD-L1 expression and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes on neuroblastoma

Study of 31 neuroblastoma patients examining PD-L1 expression as a prognostic biomarker. PD-L1 positivity (35% of cases) correlated with decreased survival and higher tumor markers, with persistent positivity post-chemotherapy strongly associated with recurrence and mortality in advanced disease.
