Functional Outcome, Quality of Life, and ‘Failures’ Following Pull-Through Surgery for Hirschsprung's Disease: A Review of Practice at a Single-Center

This single-center retrospective study evaluates long-term bowel function and quality of life in Hirschsprung's disease patients following pull-through surgery between 2004-2017. The study identifies treatment failures defined by persistent stoma, need for continence interventions, or severe soiling/constipation in patients over five years old.
