Recent Progress in Pediatric Soft Tissue Sarcoma Therapy

This review examines advances in pediatric soft tissue sarcoma management through cooperative group trials, emphasizing the critical role of surgical technique in balancing oncologic control with preservation of function. Despite limited progress in chemotherapy regimens, improved outcomes have resulted from refined multimodal approaches combining surgery, radiation, and systemic therapy.
