Prognostic Factors for Liver Transplantation in Unresectable Hepatoblastoma

Retrospective study of 31 pediatric patients with unresectable hepatoblastoma who underwent liver transplantation demonstrates excellent outcomes with 5-year survival of 86.4%. Most patients presented with advanced PRETEXT III/IV disease and received living-donor grafts, with no significant prognostic factors identified among tumor characteristics or transplant variables.
