Application of the Clavien-Dindo classification to a pediatric surgical network

This prospective audit applies the adult Clavien-Dindo complication classification system to pediatric surgical patients across three regional units including trauma centers. The study evaluates whether this widely-used adult framework can effectively categorize and compare surgical complications in children.
