MRI study of 31 male patients post-PSARP identifies anatomical factors correlating with continence outcomes. Wider pelvic hiatus and obtuse anorectal angle associated with poorer continence scores, alongside findings of sphincter deficiency, neorectum deviation, and excessive perirectal fat.
