Accounting for early job turnover in recent pediatric surgery fellowship graduates: An American Pediatric Surgical Association Membership and Credentials Committee study

Survey study of 110 pediatric surgery fellowship graduates (2011-2016) examining factors contributing to early job turnover, with 11.8% changing positions within the study period. Analysis identifies career advancement opportunities and other professional factors influencing employment retention among newly trained pediatric surgeons.
