Lessons Learned After 101 Cases of Single-Site Magnetic-Assisted Cholecystectomy in Children

Retrospective analysis of 101 pediatric magnetic-assisted single-site cholecystectomies demonstrates the technique's safety and feasibility in children aged 4-19 years, primarily for symptomatic cholelithiasis. Operative time decreased significantly with surgeon experience, averaging 85 minutes with minimal complications.
