Use of Cryoanalgesia for Pain Management for the Modified Ravitch Procedure in Children

Retrospective study comparing intercostal cryoablation to thoracic epidural analgesia for postoperative pain control in pediatric patients undergoing Modified Ravitch procedure for pectus deformities. Evaluates efficacy and safety of cryoanalgesia as an alternative regional anesthesia technique in this population.
