Therapeutic potential of spheroids of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth for chronic liver fibrosis and hemophilia A

Study demonstrates that spheroids derived from stem cells harvested from baby teeth can be differentiated into hepatocyte-like tissues and successfully transplanted to treat chronic liver fibrosis and hemophilia A in mouse models. Transplanted micro-hepatic tissues showed anti-fibrotic effects and improved clotting function, suggesting potential for pediatric regenerative therapies.
