The Association between lncRNA LINC01296 and the Clinical Characteristics in Neuroblastoma

This study identifies LINC01296 as a significantly overexpressed long noncoding RNA in advanced-stage neuroblastoma, correlating with older age, larger tumor size, elevated tumor markers (LDH, NSE), and poorer overall survival. The findings suggest LINC01296 may serve as a prognostic biomarker for risk stratification in pediatric neuroblastoma patients.
