Replicating and identifying large cell neuroblastoma using high-dose intra-tumoral chemotherapy and automated digital analysis

Researchers developed a mouse model replicating large cell neuroblastoma (LCN) through high-dose local chemotherapy and created an automated digital analysis system achieving 87% accuracy in identifying LCN cells. The 19-feature machine learning model provides insights into nuclear changes associated with aggressive tumor behavior and could be adapted for clinical use in predicting neuroblastoma outcomes.
