Classification of short-term complications after transanal endorectal pullthrough for Hirschsprung’s disease using the Clavien–Dindo-grading system

Cohort study of 69 HSCR patients undergoing TERPT found 22% experienced short-term complications when graded by Clavien-Dindo classification, predominantly Grade I-II severity. Patients with complications had significantly longer hospital stays (median 6 vs 4 days), supporting standardized complication reporting.
