Objective and subjective improvement in children with idiopathic detrusor overactivity after intravesical botulinum toxin injection: A preliminary report

Open-label trial of 46 children (mean age 8.9 years) with refractory idiopathic overactive bladder demonstrated statistically significant improvement in symptoms and urodynamic parameters 12 weeks after intravesical botulinum toxin injection, with minimal side effects.
