Arabic validation and cross-cultural adaptation of the 5C scale for assessment of COVID-19 vaccines psychological antecedents

This study validates an Arabic version of the 5C psychological scale for assessing COVID-19 vaccine attitudes across four Arab countries (Egypt, Libya, UAE, Saudi Arabia). The translated instrument demonstrated strong psychometric properties and identified key predictors of vaccination intention among 350 Arabic-speaking adults.
