Gastrostomy: A percutaneous laparoscopic technique

This article describes a novel percutaneous laparoscopic gastrostomy technique performed concomitantly with Nissen fundoplication, combining laparoscopic instrumentation with PEG kit components. The pull-through method eliminates need for gastroscopy and suture fixation, achieving 21-minute procedure time without complications.
