Clinical outcomes of ex utero intrapartum treatment for fetal airway obstruction

This retrospective study of nine EXIT procedures for fetal airway obstruction (2003-2018) found successful airway management in eight cases, with six survivors to discharge. The most common indications were congenital high airway obstruction syndrome and neck masses, with tracheostomy performed in six cases and long-term survival achieved in five patients.
