Acute pancreatitis with Cullen's sign presentation in a case of mixed type I and II choledochal cyst

Rare case of a 3-year-old with hemorrhagic pancreatitis presenting with Cullen's sign, found to have a mixed type I and II choledochal cyst—only the fifth reported pediatric case worldwide. Imaging initially showed discordant findings between CECT and MRCP, but intraoperative assessment confirmed the mixed anatomy.
