Primary Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty Outcomes for Rectovestibular and Perineal Fistulas Using an Accelerated Pathway: a Single Institution Study

Single-center review of 63 patients with anorectal malformations treated with PSARP using an accelerated postoperative pathway showed comparable outcomes to historical series with median 3-day hospital stay and minimal complications. Early refeeding and reduced antibiotic use appear safe in selected patients, including those undergoing primary repair without diversion.
