The functional chewing training for chewing dysfunction in children with repaired EA-TEF

This study evaluated a 12-week Functional Chewing Training program in 20 children with chewing dysfunction following EA-TEF repair. The holistic intervention significantly improved both chewing performance scores and tolerated food textures, demonstrating FCT as an effective therapeutic approach for feeding difficulties in this population.
