[Neonatal circumcision with local anesthesia. Results of a standardized protocol]

This study demonstrates that neonatal circumcision performed under local anesthesia using a standardized protocol is safe and effective for selected patients in an outpatient setting. The approach avoids general anesthesia risks while maintaining excellent outcomes and minimal complications when performed by properly trained clinicians.
