Congenital high airway obstruction syndrome (CHAOS): Natural history, prenatal management strategies, and outcomes at a single comprehensive fetal center

Retrospective study of 15 CHAOS cases (2006-2017) examining outcomes of prenatal laser laryngotomy and EXIT procedures. Despite high mortality, fetal intervention shows promise: 2 of 3 laser laryngotomy patients survived to EXIT, with one surviving to discharge and currently age 2 years, demonstrating potential to alter natural history.
