Absolute neutrophil count as a diagnostic guide for the use of MRI in the workup of suspected appendicitis in children

Study evaluating the diagnostic utility of MRI in pediatric patients with suspected appendicitis when ultrasound findings are equivocal. Investigates whether absolute neutrophil count can guide decision-making for additional MRI imaging in children ages 5-18 presenting to the emergency department.
