Retroperitoneoscopic resection of a T11-L2 right-sided ganglioneuroma

Case report describing retroperitoneoscopic excision of a T11-L2 paraspinal ganglioneuroma in a pediatric patient. This minimally invasive approach provided effective access to the sympathetic chain tumor without requiring thoracoscopy or laparoscopy, demonstrating a valuable surgical alternative for tumors at this anatomic location.
