Robotic conversion of cecostomy tube to catheterizable antegrade continence enema (ACE): Surgical technique

Novel robotic technique converts cecostomy tube to catheterizable ACE channel without enteric conduit in pediatric neurogenic bowel patients. Six-patient series showed 83% success rate with minimal morbidity, offering appliance-free option for patients with cecostomy complications or those without available appendix.
