Helicobacter pylori prevalence: Are the data totally reliable?

Retrospective study of 602 pediatric patients in Hong Kong (2005-2017) examined H. pylori prevalence trends in children undergoing EGDS for dyspepsia or GI bleeding. Authors suggest declining adult infection rates and reduced chopstick-sharing practices may have decreased intrafamilial bacterial transmission in this population.
