Abstract
Sutureless closure is a minimally invasive alternative to traditional sutured repair for gastroschisis, yet, uncertainty persists regarding its safety and outcomes. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare treatment outcomes of sutured and sutureless gastroschisis closure.
