Eternal angular dernoid cyst is a relatively common congenital anomaly in children. Being in the baby's face, it has particular importance and concerns from the parent's point of view. That is how visible the scar will be. Hence a hidden small incision can give the surgeon hard time removing the thin walled cyst without rupture while effectively controlling its feeding from underneath. In this video, a left subperiosteal dermoid cyst excision is demonstrated.

In this procedure, the operative steps are played in normal speed while some of the steps is played in faster speed for illustration purpose. The original video is 21 minutes.
