Dr. Katie W. Russell is a pediatric surgeon at Primary Children's Hospital who serves as the Trauma Medical Director and Surgical Director of the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) program. She has strong clinical and research interests in pediatric trauma, cervical spine injuries, and ECMO management. Dr. Russell is an active researcher and educator, currently pursuing an Executive MBA for Physicians at Brandeis University's Heller School.
