In this case, no fallopian tube was found in the hernial sac.
The sac is twisted and transfixed at the proper neck using 4-0 absorbable suture.
The external inguinal ring is closed using one or two absorbable stitches.
Scarpa's fascia is closed by inverted absorbable sutures.
The skin is closed by subcuticular sutures in this technique.
