Clinical application and technical standardization of indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging in pediatric minimally invasive surgery

This study reports standardized protocols for ICG fluorescence imaging across 46 pediatric minimally invasive procedures including varicocele repair, cholecystectomy, and tumor excision. The technique proved safe and effective for anatomical identification and surgical dissection, with administration routes and timing varying by organ system and procedure type.
