The effect of intralesional steroid injections on esophageal strictures and the child as whole: a case series

Case series of six pediatric patients with recurrent esophageal strictures after atresia repair treated with intralesional steroid injections as adjuvant to dilatation. Five of six achieved stricture resolution without acute complications, though growth monitoring revealed positive weight changes but negative height changes in the year post-intervention.
