Outcomes after Split Abdominal Wall Muscle Flap Repair for Large Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernias

This retrospective study evaluates long-term outcomes of split abdominal wall muscle flap repair for large CDH defects in 10 patients over 11 years median follow-up. The technique showed low recurrence rates and acceptable functional outcomes, though musculoskeletal deformities correlated with severity of pulmonary hypoplasia rather than repair method alone.
